In Spazierstock, Roman Signer installs a kinetic fountain-sculpture over a pond on the site of the former zoo behind the Westfälische Music School in Münster. With a rope, he hangs a garden hose above the pond and attaches to it a walking stick. Water from the city reservoir flows through the hose, then the hollow shaft of the walking stick, and finally sprinkles the pond, creating patterns on the surface of the water. Water pressure makes the walking stick-garden hose assemblage dance.
